Whatever is in the necron codex. Obyron is the bodyguard of Zahndrekh, who is a Necron Overlord of some dynasty or other, I don't have it infront of me. He's basically got space-dementia, thinks he is fighting 100,000 year old wars when he isn't.

Its really worth a read, I enjoyed it, particularly the quotes from him, and the best bit was the quote involving the orks. Funny stuff.

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

The quote in the codex, relating Zahndrekh's crushing of Waaagh! Bloodtoof, while believing he was back in the times of flesh, fighting the Necron Wars of Secession, is pretty much the extent of their fluff, other than vague references to how these two interact, rather than specific instances, in their codex descriptions.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

They're pretty much BFF's but Obyron has to clean up after Zahndrekh when his delusions get in the way. I like to imagine Zahndrekh is a bombastic, fiery commander and orator screaming about separatists and Obyron is the somewhat exasperated but absolutely loyal bodyguard who trudges along dragging his metal feet but he really enjoys it all deep down in his metal skull.

I'd like to see a book based on the large blurb about that White Scar Kor'sarro Khan and his adventures (defeated in battle, captured and treated with honor, attempted to escape only to be stopped and nearly killed by Obyron but is allowed to leave by Zahndrekh) on Cano'var, with possibly a follow-up where the White Scars go on a Great Hunt for Zahndrekh and Obyron. That certainly won't end well for them.

So the only fluff for them is in the book? Damn, that ain't much.

One's a senile robot, and the other guy never speaks, but assassinates members of Zhandrekh's court who think the old guy needs to be put in the Old 'Crons Home.

There's not much to go on with this story other than a few humorous, though repetitive, scenes. It'd be like a 40K version of the Odd Couple.

The books only been out for a few months and all this stuff is 100% new.

No time for anything to really come out yet.
