Subject: Best Way to Legally Get Revenge on Someone
I'm looking for suggestions. And they have to be completely, 100% legal. You can't just say, "cut his **** off." That's illegal and its a tad too far also. Thanks.

Well, I mean, what are you looking for? Genuine "Count of Monte Cristo" levels of revenge? Petty stuff to do to a friend?
Proper revenge must poetically tie back to whatever the slight was that the revengee commented upon you to begin with. Some information might be necessary.

A very petty person I know tried (unsuccessfully) to black mail me because they're an idiot. So I'm kind of looking for something petty I could do back to 'em to piss 'em off and maybe get their panties in a bunch, but without like any repercussions. Right now I'm in a petty mood, ya know?

I'm pretty sure that blackmail is usually illegal. If it is indeed for your particular situation, calling the cops and a lawyer might be a good (and hilarious) start.
The problem with revenge is that it often leads to pissing matches. Blackmail is a tricky one, because they still have something they're holding over your head. Not sure how I would respond to that.

Blackmail is hilariously illegal : here in Canada, with the 'cannot be convicted of a crime admitted as a witness in another case', it's pretty impossible to pull off, unless it is something that shames the person so much they would rather take the deal than have people even hear about what they've done.
Honestly, anything further than spreading rumours, or seducing their wife and daughter (if your Machete) can get you in legal trouble.

He'll probably have to tell us what he's being blackmailed over. If it's something serious them we won't have much sympathy, and if it's something petty then we'll probably laugh.
