Read Titanicus. It has alot of general information about their operation and feel.

Otherwise, just look up the Ad Mech.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

The old fluff for the Adeptus Titanicus and older epic 40K stuff has a fair bit on Titans, but that also runs the whole 'possibly out of date' risk - it's hard to decide what is and isn't applicable given their tendency to recycle old material on a whim (CF Space Marine Codex.)

The soon to be released "Priests of Mars" features titans as well.

A slightly different take from what we've seen so far in certain ways but well worth a read.

Much more pack animal like than we'd thought.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

I'm gonna throw in the Codex Imperialis.

Just be aware that every source you look at may, and likely will, present you with different answers to your questions. This chance increases once you move away from GW material and delve into the licensed stuff like novels, as it's usually written by other people, and since 40k cares little for canon and consistency everybody tends to throw in his own ideas. Needless to say, artistic license will thus create a multitude of different interpretations. Feel free to "adopt" whatever you like - or come up with your own stuff as you go.
