I may be going out on a limb here but want a bit of rule clarification.... I know Imotech can have any of his units steal the initiative on a 4+ so is there any chance that Sicarus' rule to roll for initiative to come into play here?

Example unit of crons and marines wind up in CC, cron player rolls a 4+ and steals initiative, could the marine player either make the cron player re-roll or each have a roll off based on initiative.

I'd suggest reading page 92, think you've missed what the rule is used for...

Bad GW naming. Me thinks initiative is referring to the first turn of the game. Not looking in a Space Marine book atm, so not sure if it's relevant.

Seize the Initiative /= Initiative in close combat.
