Hey Everyone,

This is my first time posting on this website/forum, so if I make some mistakes or something, please let me know, but be patient with me, thanks. :3
Usually I pit my Eldar Army against my buddy's Space Marine Army. I'm looking for a way to beat his list with what I have at my disposal. I've beat him
a number of times, but lately I haven't been having very good luck. I've created a list which I think should do pretty well against him, however I'm not too sure
as I'm not very experienced with Wave Serpents. He usually brings out a Master of the Forge, a Chapter Master, two tactical squads each in a rhino, a devastator squad,
two 5-man terminator squads, and a dread. Now, this is the army list I've compiled:

Eldar - 1500pts

Guardians: 95 pts
-10 Models
-Scatter Laser

Guardians: 95 pts
-10 Models
-Scatter Laser

Eldrad: 210 pts

Seer Council: 259 pts
-8 Warlocks
-3 w/ Singing Spears
-3 w/ Destructor
-1 w/ Embolden
-1 w/ Enhance

Farseer: 133 pts
-Spirit Stones
-Doom
-Fortune
-Singing Spear

Dark Reapers: 217 pts
-5 Models
-Exarch w/ Crack Shot and Tempest Launcher

Howling Banshees: 192 pts
-10 Models
-Exarch w/ Mirrorswords, War Shout, Acrobatic

Wave Serpent: 150 pts
-Spirit Stones
-Star Engines
-Vectored Engines
-TL Shuriken Cannons

Wave Serpent: 150 pts
-Spirit Stones
-Star Engines
-Vectored Engines
-TL Shuriken Cannons

Any advice the community has for me would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

The Twilight Zone

Overall pretty good. I am not a huge fan of spears in councils, but if they are hoofing it it is not a bad idea. Without a serpent their job is just going to be large fire magnet, but even then they will eventually die. I would give them one of the serpents and make sure Eldrad goes with.

Your guardian squads and reapers are fine.

The banshees are absolutely murderous, and I assume you have the other seer here to doom their target. Against terminators you should be wiping the squad easily before they even get a chance to fight. I would drop acrobatic unless you just need to kill the points. Also if the farseer is here fortuned banshees are nice as they tend to die after they kill their target, but dropping fortune and stones would save you 50 points to be spent somewhere else. If you are running the farseer with the reapers then keep fortune, drop the spear and switch the power to guide.

On the serpents, drop the vectored engines. They only matter if you plan on flat out ramming or flat out moving into cover.(as in these cases the people inside will die, on your opponents turn they just pile out). They are way too expensive for what they can do. Also drop the star engines, unless you find yourself needing to fly 3' a turn on a routine basis.

Your list should counter his marines no problem. Guardians and serpents to pop rhinos, dark reapers to wipe squads of tac and dev squads. Seer council beats tac squads, the dread and devastors. Banshees kill the terminators.

Drop the vector and star engines, as well as the acrobatic exarch power. Use the points to max out the council and give an embolden lock to a guardian squad.

Looks pretty good.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
