Hello users,
First I have to say that thissite was my first real outreach into Warhammer 40K back in 2002. I used to look through the gallery at all the awesome work people do. Finally after 10 years, I have decided to utilize the site for my own good.
I have been off and on with W40K for this whole time. I started with my friends in middle school and since then they have quit and moved on, but i have retained a want/need to be involved with it. I began with a Tyranid army that I built up fairly large and eventually went to Imperial Guard (hence my username). As I said I have been back and forth with being into 40K and my current mission is to officially paint what Imperial Guard I have.
I spent 5 years in the USCG and in that time (my spare time) I created a background story and fluff for my little IG unit (i do mean little, prob around 500 pts right now). I have that info on a free site I made for fun.
I am pumped to get back into the intriguing depth and challenge that this hobby has to offer. Unfortunately these years I have been a part from it have taken a toll on my painting skill and gameplay knowledge, hell, I still have the fourth edition of the game manual, not even sure if the IG codex has changed either since I began...

When is the 6th edition supposed to come out? I know only enough about it to ask. I'm really behind. And when did the last IG codex come out?

and I haven't fought the IG as of yet but look forward to doing so
And as to the 6th edition I'm not sure either :/ but I am anxious for my 6th edition of eldar codex
