All roit ye gitz, today happunz to be me sporeday! I recently just assembled so birthday orkz, the first of my gifts. (The rest of the gifts have yet to be unveiled after Dinner )

I have the parts now to field 10 Lootas and 10 Burnas, which the burnas will proxy as more lootas. I can go even further as to use bigshootas as more lootas! (#25-30)

I am going for a 1500 point list that can hold its own. I have plenty more orkz to switch around units and such, so this is not my entire collection as an army.
The tactics will involve Looted ranged support while the shootaboys and meks slog up field. The warbuggies will buzz around the side and go tank-hunting.

Should I take battlewagon-transports instead of lootedwagons? (Battlewagons with big shootas to be shoota-wagons.)
Should I spend the rest of the points on meat?

This list will fall under the terror of disciplined fire unfortunately as it seems.

Definitely battlewagons imo. The don't press dat rule just makes me nervous on the looted wagons. Other than that you're doing well and I thought you could definitely get some upgrades on the battlewagons and more boyz in there and be doing awesome

Don't press dat has not worried me much in my history of using them, which has been quite a while. The toss-up between battlewagons and looted wagons is "Ard Transport or Artillery?"

At the moment you have a lovely shooty list. Apart from you need the kff in range of the war buggies.
Otherwise it is actually fun, different and yet killy. Orks can shoot, whatever some people think.

The looted wagons are just too reliable, but then you have the buggies for most of the antitank and lootas so they should be ok.

Anyway if you replaced the looted wagons with 3 battlewagons with deathrollers and some lootas for some burnas you'll have an amazing list. Put the kffs in the boyz' battlewagons to spread the threat. Seriously if you a proxying using burnas anyway, I guess your looted wagons could become battlewagons if you built a death roller for them.

Good luck
