Agreed! Stupid Sisters of Battle, getting all the good gear and constant updates while Marines wallow in obscurity...

Actually I wonder why they put it on a flying stand at all. Looks no bigger than a Devilfish or Wave Serpent. Just because it's a flyer, I guess...

I don't mind it being small. I would prefer it being a small,$45 modal, than a large $80 modal. IMHO it just makes them that much easier to field.

1) what do you mean, finally some space marine love? They ARE GW's posterboys! Go play CSM and have fun with our terrible old codex. Or tau even!

2) what is this doing in the tactics forum? There's already a couple of threads about the stormtalon, so why post up a link to another website to someones opinion? How is this tactics?

3) Please design a visually pleasing website. Pictures are loading up over text, so I cannot read your page. Why is every in italics except for the articles author's name?

4) English, do you type it? So many grammar and spelling errors. Some editing before you publish your articles that are so badly laid out on a poorly design website that makes my head hurt would be very nice, appreciated by your readers, and will cause more people to visit your website and read your articles more seriously.

5) Please write decent articles that aren't opinions that haven't been well thought or fleshed out and examined

I think Jihallah is overreacting or has a very bad browser... or is just mad.

Tactically I don't see this new vehicle as anything the SM's needed.

I don't know yet, but I'm thinking it has too many guns for a single model and moves way too fast.

? Again- This thread has nothing to do with tactics. It serves no purpose to discuss the unit, since like i said there are already several threads where people are actually discussing the unit. This is just linking to another website and the terrible opinions of some random with no chance to discuss the "tactics" article, which is a feature you'll find on most 40k blog/sites. That and the article itself is poorly written and in need of editing.

See, If I wanted to be mad or overreact I would be telling him 'is website is and looks like it was designed by a lobotomized monkey instead I'm suggesting ways to improve his articles and website so he can get more hits, which is what I assume he's after since he keeps making threads here linking to another site

As no tactics are under discussion, I'm moving this to 40k General.

I will assume that you either:

A) have never done anything relating to Warhammer 40k except posting this thread
B) Have a mental block that stops you from seeing anything Space Marine related EXCEPT this flier
C) Have half the memory of a hamster
D) It was an excellently executed joke that you are stringing us along on
or
E) A mixture of the above choices.


Space Marines get everything while the rest of us hang out and wait for scraps. Remember that 7 of the Codexs are Space Marines. Remember that some armies still have molds from 2nd edition and the next two codexs will be Marines (Dark Angels and Chaos). And Grey Knights, Space Wolves, and Blood Angels are the 3 strongest codexs (This is debatable, but not by much).

You're right, Space Marines get NO love.

Rumours are the next Chaos codex is likely to be Marines & Renegades, so it's not as if it's just 'another' Marine codex - Chaos have been waiting for a new one for years and downright deserve some attention.

I get the impression that this is a joke played on us all. At least I'd hope it is.

Yes..hrm, finally some love for a faction that only got 4 books this edition and more new kits and units than some armies have gotten in 3 editions...
