So, I've just finished the Ravenor omnibus, and it was epic. If you'e ever read the book, you'll know what I mean. I'd love to reincarnate them in model-form, but seeing as Ravenor is in a force chair, this could be difficult! Does anybody have any modelling ideas for him and his retinue (Patience Kys, Kara Swole, Harlon Nayl, Wystan Frauka, Zeph Mathuin and Carl Thonius)?

Thanks

Have you thought about building him as he was before a fighter jet crashed into him?

You could always do him at like 60mm...

I did think about builidng him pre-majeskus, but I haven't read Eisenhorn, so my inspiration was drawn from Ravenor

You should really read the Eisenhorn trilogy, its just as, if not more epic!
Lots more background to the whole inquisitor ring, and Dan Abnett at his finest.
I think the Inquisitor scale models could work really well as you can get a decent amount of fine detail, or even the 28mm would work well if you fancied a diorama?
For the whole inquisitorial staff i reckon some of the necromunda figures might work well, but then i was never really into them back in the day, although it is always something i fancied doing and never quite got round to.

I wish you all the best on your endeavour, i reckon it will be quite an epic thread!

Walk softly and carry a big gun!
