Good morning Dakka Dakka.
Ive been using this site for reading material for a fair while, but only just got round to signing up and starting to post.
I am a 40k player, I have a infant Ork army, kept mainly as a suplimentary force for a friend who plays orks but has little free cash to build a full army
I have a well developed Tau force that has currently been mothballed untill the rumoured new codex as many rules and units need updating. ( my marker lights still let you ignoor target priority....O_o)
My Tyranids are doing nicely, but need considerable investment in gribble factor. My monstrous creatures currently rule the field but lack the overwhelming numbers.
And the pride and glory, my Blood Angels sucessors, The Scions of Blood. currently around 20,000 points including 2 scratch built plasticard warhounds and a plastic stormlord. currently awaiting the collection of a third stormraven and 3 storm talons when i return from a week away.
I also have a medium BFG emprial fleet and a dark elf box set that is still on sprues awaiting painting by my fiancee.
A couple of projects on the go at the moment, the legs for scratch built reaver titan are coming along nicley, and am preparing to start work on a scratch thunderhawk, because everyone knows, a Strength D weapon that cant be hit by other strength D weapons (typically templates, cant hit flyers, woo hoo) is basically god with a ceramite shell on the apoccalypse field.
I also RPG, primarily D20 modern base rules, but everything from Wheel of Time through Dark Herresy, to D&D 3.5. been chating to a friend of my other half about mabey joining his Pathfinder sesions as well.
Im based in WInchester in the UK and work as a hotelier, always on the lookout for new armies to get thrashed by.

Will definatly get some photos up of the full lot, but hold in mind that i'm not realy a painter. I love verting and gluing things and then gaming, but most are simply sprayed or only have some colours picked out. BUT, the Host laid out on one table is a wonderfull thing to behold. Ill get some snaps and a full army list up once I get back home as I'm currently on a small sojurn in Cornwall visitng family.
It's an odd feeling when you realise you can't phisically fit all your 40k from 4 armies on to a single 6' by 4' table by a very long way. O_o
