I want to get custom Poker Chips made for objectives to be used at an upcoming tournament. Every website I have found so far has listed a 300 chip minimum. Obviously this is too much, as the most I would need is about 10.

I have seen other game groups use them, including the Blade n Bolter Boyz who gave some out this year at Adepticon. If anyone has ordered some, where have you gotten them?

Most places will require that kind of minimum just because of production costs. If you can get your gaming club to go in on it, several places will do more like 100 chip runs. We use poker chip lounge for the Bugeater GT, I can't get to the site because I'm at the school running the gt and our filter blocks it for gambling, but if I remember right they will do smaller runs (but not as small as 10).

Why only 10? Are you running a 2 table tournament?

Most places will require a fairly decent minimum, but 300 is only going to cost you about $150.

If you think about it, the reason for this is their main customer isn't even anything remotely like "wargaming tournament." Casinos and their ilk order tens of thousands at a time or more.

I found this out for the first NOVA, where we ordered about 600. Sorta just is what it is, unfortunately.

You may find some with no minimum ... I think a company called Palm Imports comes to mind, out of Florida.

I ended up making 300 myself for our local group to give out. Wasn't too difficult really sticker paper+large craft punch+blank chips from Wally World and about 8 hours of my time. I think the hardest part was getting the graphic clear enough. Not as high quality as other ones I've seen, but they worked for a small run.

Take up playing poker. Its a fun sociable game that you can host at your house!

If these are Borderlands poker chips, then I think every gamer in the store will want some.
