Hq:
Hive tyrant.
Regeneration.
Heavy venom cannon.
Scything talons.
Implant attack.
230 points.
Troops:
2x3 tyranid warriors.
180 points.
15 hormagaunts.
90 points
500 points in total.
We usually play 4 players all v all.
Me - tyranids.
Others - grey knights, necrons and eldar.
The main problem will be the grey knights with the instant kill.
So I will need help if possible?
Any help and recommendations appreciated.
Thanks.

If the problem you have is instant kill why not dump the multiple wound tyrant and go for a less expensive HQ like a prime. That would work well with your warriors if that is what you already own (though of course they are even more vulnerable to instant kill). With the points you'd save you could get a decent sized squad of stealers or a massive mob of hormagaunts for swamping the GKs with.

one possible problem i can see in this is that the hive tyrant is a little too expensive with little pay off maybe swap it for a Tervigon or prime and this will help add to the horde factor of the army. and also add survivability but i have only played tyranids once and the 2 hive tyrants didnt survive past turn 2 and didnt even reach close combat they just seem to draw fire.

I have a better list (I have no idea how the points work out, but it'd be ever-so lulzy)
x20 some genestealers
x1 Tyranid Prime
x2 warriors for ablative wounds for prime

Bedouin Dynasty: 10000 pts
The Silver Lances: 4000 pts
The Custodes Winter Watch 4000 pts

I don't know what models you have access to but, I run this list at 500 points;
HQ
Tyranid Prime (Deathspitte) = 85
HQ = 85
Troops
Genestealer x9 (Adrenal Glands x9) = 153
Genestealer x9 (Adrenal Glands x9) = 153
Troops = 306
Elite
Hive Guard x2
Total = 491
It's actually very effective at popping light armor and eating troops alive.
As it stands, you have a lot tied up in an HQ. At 500 points, almost half is in one unit who is unfortunately a big target.
