As stated in the 5th Edition rulebook, a space marine attack bike can fire one weapon per rider.
The stats of an attack bike are the same as a regular space marine, with the exception of 2 wounds. I think it's safe to assume that this is to reprent the two marines riding.
So, my question is; If you inflict one wound on an attack bike does it lose the ability to move or shoot it's sidecar weapon?

Nope, you can still do both.

Yeah, you can shoot both. The remaining marine simply put the bike on auto-riding mode while he single-handedly handle both weapons by leap-frogging between the seats like it is nobody's business.

It is simply a two wound model that can fire two weapons. Losing a wound does not change that ability, mainly because it is not written any where.

I don't write the rules. My ego just lives and dies by them one model at a time. |

Two wound model which can fire two weapons. A wound doesn't necessarily mean the driver or passenger is dead. It's just an abstraction.

Does a multiwound monstrous creature with multiple ranged weapons lose the ability to shoot one per wound lost?
No, neither does an attack bike.
Same principle.

Exactly so - the wounds can just as easily describe damage to the attack bike. Just as any wound, losing your last doesn't necessarily mean the model died. He might be knocked out, or maybe lost his weapons, jump pack, bike. Anything that makes him unable to function.
