I've been gaming since 1996, had my first 40K army since 2001 (which has now gone through many newer incarnations since then) and I spend much more time modelling than playing, alas. All my gaming buddies have kids now... we've been told we need to "grow up." I've looked into it. Scary stuff.

I own a few 40K armies, I play for fun, some of my buddies are WAAC, but others like narratives and scenarios, so I don't mind losing quickly to the WAAC to "get it over with."

I love scratchbuilding, I am getting better at it. Made a warhound 2 years ago, then a custom spaceship interior last year, and this year I just finished a thunderhawk. I work as a teacher, so my summers are pretty much my own. :-)

Personally, I also like history, but I find my country's history to be a bore, I'm fond of the Hellenistic period. And apparently Dakka has something against accents on top of letters. Shame.
