What are your thoughts about them, i for one like them

I like Honour guard but lack of an inv save really hurts them, especially with the current meta.

Chapter Masters are captains with a gimmicky weapon and are even more overcosted for that than regular captains

Chapter Masters are captains that cost more points and don't let you take Command Squads. Captains are already fairly underwhelming (as much as I like them) and making them more expensive and giving them a special attack they can't usually use doesn't make them better. The only Chapter Master I've consistently used has been Pedro Kantor, and that's for his bonus attack bubble, chapter tactics, and Hold the Line rules. Even so, in three games that orbital bombardment has only hit once. Honor Guard seem cool, but for those points you might as well just buy Terminators.
