The image uploads only have settings for pictures that are created and owned by the user, or created by someone else and not owned. There's no option for pictures of Warhammer models, which are owned by Games Workshop. It should be something like, Created by user, owned by Games Workshop.

As a discussion grows in length, the probability of a comparison to Matt Ward or Gray Knights approaches one.

Just tag the image as copyright (whoever). It does not justify a whole extra option for every image as it is a tiny minority of images that are copyrighted. By tagging them, we can filter and delete easily if we get a takedown request.
