The 3 death company and astorath are kinda going to get owned horribly considering they are just 4 people being the only one in certain cases, any army can shoot at for a while until the LR get closer.

why would you charge you would just sit back and shoot lc at their vehicals till they all die then you would moe down infantry with heavy bolters and the rest of the dc and use landraiders as a blockaid so the dc with astro do not have line of sight and there fore cannot charge :3

5 Landraiders arent gonna die fast i have a 2k list w/ 6 LR's (3LRC 3LR) on average 2 will die the entire game. U could use 6 in 1900 aswell but ud have to play BT. Id sugest droping some Death Company for Assault Marines granted you lose FNP but you get more models. i dont have my BA dex infront of me or i could help out a bit more

also no i canot because dc is 60 for 1 squad assult 100 but it - the price tag on the...land..raid... FFFFFFFFFFFF time to remake the list

His list is a BT one since it costs 80 for a squad and then the LR. I think his point was that LR don't die quickly since a lot of people tend to scream that they can do it with meltas. Actually a BT list can have up to 14 land raiders in a single force org chart. (2 HQs but need a command, 3 elites as dedicated for termis or sword brethren, 6 troops as dedicated for the crusader squads, and 3 HS) Granted 11 are crusaders and 3 are standard.

Personally I like the list if you have the models. It would be fun to annoy some GK bandwagon players. A henchman list with a lot of jokero could be a threat so I would try and shut them down first though.

The 4 guys not in a LR better hug some real close to avoid being seen, otherwise every psycannon will be pointed right at them.

Take 5 man assault squads with LR for dedicated transport. Then a vanilla HQ (or sanguinary priest?). At 2000 points, you should be able to squeeze 6 LR's in there.

Also...you could take the MM's off. With all of those TL Lascannons and PotMS, do you reallly need MM's too?

I have xtra points but again this is just to show you it can b done. and actualy this is one of my lists but i grab a techmarine and throw him in a LR to repair it.

If your doing 1900 you could do:
Librarian

4x5 man assault squads with land raiders

5 man assault squad with land raider Redeemer

2x ball predator

Just a thought

No but I have the models so I'm going to tick off the local GK player even more than when my termis sock his pallys and dread knight. For a list with no forethought it has promise with enough armor compared to its weapons. The only thing I would worry about in a tounament setting would be a DoA list with a lot of melta and DE.
