Looks like Wyrd will have a 4th book at Gencon this year.
70-80% of the models in the new book will be available at gencon and their webstore. Then they will be released over the coming year (much like last year).
Book 4 will have a new faction.
Campaign pack for special forces that will intro new models.
New special editions (eric J said nightmare editions of he and Nathan). A new Miss model (MIss Terious), guild model.

My wife loves narrative play, so I'll probably be getting all of those campaign packs.

Havent checked out Malifaux in a while but hows their art direction for the new books and models? The original looked "all over the place" for me. Have they settled on a "house style" yet?

The art's really consistent and way higher quality than the first book (was really impressed when I saw book 3). The minis are pretty strong. Some inconsistency (as could be expected, since they still just hire freelance), but stronger than previous.

I'm not a fan of the new painting style, but that's way better than having a problem with sculpting or illustration.

I like where the books are heading, twisting fates added some cool things to the game, like new models, minions, etc.. The avatars don't always seem like an auto include, but they're fun.

The storyline is becoming a little more consistent as major things are being revealed like these ancient "beings" (don't exactly remember their names), but I can see in maybe two to three books, the citizens of Malifaux will have to deal with these things (possibly sooner).
