Pestilent Plague Marine with Blight Grenade

First off, sorry for posting this again. I know I started this project a long time ago, and have only recently gotten back into it. the reason I am posting it again, is because I could have sworn I read somewhere about a rule involving thread resurrecting... so I thought it best just to make a new one, given the age of the older post.
Anyways, things have changed since that incarnation, new unique characters have been added, additional themes are more focussed (Successfully or not is up to you).
PDF format is now available. It's still not pretty, but at least it's a little easier to tell things apart now instead of a wall of text.
I hope you enjoy it, and also there is a unit in there that for the life of me I can't think of a name for. I am open to suggestions.

Looks like there is some good work in there but you need to work on your presentation.

I just wanted to get it to pdf so people could, if they wanted to, download it instead of scrolling through the wall of text.
No worries though, I'll pretty it up here in the near future (hoping this week, depending on work).

Little update -
Sorry for the "pretty" version being delayed. I've decided to hold off until I've had a chance to go over the full 6th edition codex with a fine tooth comb and then update the whole fandex for that edition.

Everyone and their mother loves this idea of a named Emperor's Champion. Why? It doesn't work with the fluff, and doesn't make any sense. The whole point of the Emperor's Champion is that someone is "chosen" by the Emperor to be his Champion by receiving a vision before the battle. It is rarely the same person, so why in God's name would there be a named one? Something that has frustrated me endlessly about the rumors for the new BT codex, and frustrates me equally seeing it in yours.
Edit: 23 point Sword Brethern? Really? They already suck at 19 points a pop. While you gave them 2 Attacks and WS 5 they are still now way overpriced. I would say they need to be lowered or give them the rumor you see everywhere for them (that was also the rumor for 6th PW) that they get a 5+ Parry invuln in melee.
Edit Edit: Also, one of your Vows (Suffer Not the Unclean to Live) sucks for 6th edition since Fleet of Foot is only to reroll a single D6 when assaulting. Additionally there is no real Vow that gives any real tangible buff in melee, besides the 5+ invuln one. I would say keep AACNMTO the way it is, PE in CC.
Edit Edit Edit: Why is it 15 points a model to add extra Initiates when they initially cost 16 points a model? (80/5=16). This hasn't really been done before, and shouldn't be done now. Keep them 16 a piece. Also Auspex are largely out of the game, weird that you are expanding them to more units. I would also add the option for the Crusader squad to be able to take Bolters. I additionally don't really see the point to the "Needs a name" squad.
Edit Edit Edit Edit: Why does the Drop Pod come with a Deathwind Missile Launcher? The Storm Bolter is the SM norm, even for BT. Additionally a Cyclone Missile Launcher on a Drop Pod? What the what?! The DP is now way too expensive.
Edit Edit Edit Edit Edit: The LRC is coming with Extra Armour and a Multi-Melta for free, and you only increased it by 5 points? Atleast 10 points over the other one for such an advantage IMHO. Also, our Terminators can bring 3 Heavy Weapons per squad? 2 Assault cannons and a CML? Why not just keep it where you can select 2, as that is even less overpowered than that.

Pestilent Plague Marine with Blight Grenade

The reason for the named Emperor's Champion, for me, was due to the fact that in some of the recent-ish literature it gives a different view point. The book I'm talking about, is Hellsreach. The Emperor's Champion was part of Helbrechts inner circle when Grimaldus was made a full fledged chaplain. This was not a battle. This was not before a battle. They hadn't received the call to arms yet. How could he be the Emperor's Champion already by the standards set in the codex? I'm partially of the opinion that there are "set" Emperor's Champions for each Crusade fleet (as it implied in Helsreach) but when that designated warrior is not available, that's when the whole "visions from the Emperor" kicks in.
They are 23 points a piece because they have been given quite the upgrade. Think of it this way, for only 7 points more than a standard tactical marine, you are getting an extra attack in combat, a power weapon, an extra WS point, and a veteran ability? Sounds good to me personally. I was thinking about bringing them up a few more points actually, and increasing them to a standard 2+ save.
Yeah, vows were redone awhile ago. I did them with the intention of the units should already be tooled out for close combat, the additions of the vows should be so game ending or "Take it or you're wrong" style. Don't worry though, they will be re-tooled for sixth.
The reason for the 16 point initial vs 15 additional was a slightly steeper cost for spamming min squads, and a hope to pull people away from razorspam. Probably won't survive though if too many people dislike the idea.
The difference between the Crusader squad and the "needs a name squad is to try and keep the initiate neophyte feel alive, while spreading the "Crusading knights with shields" feel more into the mix.
The drop pod price was increased and a deathwind missile launcher was added as an extra incentive to actually use the drop pod. The Templar are a fleet based chapter and have no proof of being so at the moment. I've changed their pods to suit a fighting style that would make sense in my head for the fluff (Rain down pods, charge the field while the pods provide cover fire). Again, something else that will die if too many people dislike it.
Originally, I would have agreed with you, that I would need to change the cost of the LRC and probably increase it back to the 265 with all the goodies it is in the current book. However, given hull points, I'm thinking if anything it'll stay the same.
And yes, you can outfit your terminators that way. Enjoy paying the price for them. The original reasons for this, were incentives to go with a ranged terminator set up over the standard hammer / shield combo. Now with termies not having to rely as much on their invuln save in close combat however (making other terminator options a little more appealing) I will almost certainly change it back.
