The same way you would in a post. Firstly you need to make the picture show up in your signature by grabbing the address of the picture and putting the image tags around it. Like this.

Now that you have that you need to use the url tag, but using it in the way that hides it.
Usually you'll use it like this.

However to make whatever you put in between the tags to turn into the link you need to change it a tiny bit to this.

Which will make the sentence in the middle there act as a link to whatever URL it was you put into the opening tag. Going back to the image tags from before all you need to do now is surround the image with the URL tags.

It may seem a bit tricky at first, but after a couple of times you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly. It may help to also remember when you grab the code the gallery gives you for forum use it gives you the whole thing as a link back to it's page in the gallery as well. So you can see how it works there. But, if you go to use it you'll need to change it a bit.

Also as a bonus if you want to make a table of contents in the blog at the top left of every post is a tiny page, by clicking that it loads the page at that specific post. You can then take the address you get from that and create a link to posts themselves. So if you have an update in the middle of a page, instead of linking to the page itself you can put it that way. The only change is it'll load the page, then go to that post.
