Wanted to get some critiquing on a couple of different lists. First up is a Panzergrenadier kompanie from Grey Wolf. I've never played mech infantry before so I've got no idea what I'm doing. Here's the 1000pt list I wrote up using mostly PSC stuff (the AA halftracks are the only battlefront product)

Kompanie HQ w. 2 faust teams and AT team - 125

Panzergrenadier Platoon w. 3 squads, faust team - 230
Panzergrenadier Platoon w. 3 squads, faust team - 230

Panzer Platoon w. 4 Panzer IV H - 360
Panzergrenadier AA Platoon w. 2 Sd Kfz 10/5 2cm - 55

Total 1000pts

Second list is another attempt at a BG&G 7th Armored Division for the Americans

Company HQ w. 2 M4A3 76mm Shermans & M32 recovery vehicle - 235
Abrams in M4A3 76mm - 210

Tank Platoon w. 2 M4A3 76mm, 2 M4A3 75mm and 1 M4A3(late) 75mm - 435
Tank Platoon w. 2 M4A3 76mm, 2 M4A3 75mm and 1 M4A3(late) 75mm - 435

Armored Mortar Platoon w. 3 MMC - 85
Corps TD Platoon w. 4 M36 Jacksons - 370
Armored Rifle Platoon w. 3 squads - 225

Total 1995pts

Thoughts and suggestions for both lists are appreciated

Just my 2 cents

I am a humble beginner just like You, but I think that in the first list You need some mortars. Since all GW lists follow the same pattern, I'd suggest to You the same what I did for my Gep.Panz.Gren.list - reduce the amount of stands in platoons and try to get the Heavy Platoon (it is Combat Platoon as well), With Heavy Platoon You get extra HMG which are essential for all Panzergrenadier List types as well as the optional Mortar Section + You can make combat attachment to any of the other Combat Platoons, so it does not really matter that some of them have less stands. If points are still tight, maybe drop the amount of Panzers till three.

Looking to trade away 15mm Forged in Battle Pumas (still in the box).

A better way to get smoke is to down grade your 2i/c and swap out the AA for a single section mortar platoon. You need all the infantry that you can get and frankly the AA is a glaring weakspot which can't even engage infantry effectively as it isn't armoured.

The prefect example of someone missing the point.
Do not underestimate the Squats. They survived for millenia cut off from the Imperium and assailed on all sides. Their determination and resilience is an example to us all.

Its just a shame that they couldn't fight off Andy Chambers.
