This is my 1st attempt at a BA DOA list at 1750. I hope it is a tourney level list. I welcome your C & C.
So here it is:
HQ:
Libby, JP, Blood Lance and Shield 125pts
He goes with ASM Squad 1.

Elite:
2 x Sang Priests, JP 150pts
1 with each ASM Squad

Chaplain, JP, Bombs 130pts
He goes with ASM Squad 2.

Furioso Libby Dred, Blood lance and Wings 175pts

Troops:
5 x Scouts, 4 Sniper Rifles 75pts

5 x Scouts, 4 Sniper Rifles 75pts

10 x ASM, JP, 2 x Melta, PF 235pts

10 x ASM, JP, 2 x Melta, PF 235pts

Fast Attack:
5 x Vanguard Vets, all with JP, Sgt w/ Power Sword and Storm Shield and bombs, 1 vet w/ PF and bombs, 1w/ Infernus pistol, 1 w/ Lightening Claws, 1 w/ Power Weapon 265pts

Baal Pred, TL Assault Cannon, Sponsons w/ Hvy Bolters 145pts

Baal Pred, Flamestorm Cannon, Sponsons w/ Hvy Flamers 140pts

I am trying to not have to buy any models except 5 scouts and the libby dred. Though I have 4 full tac squads and a 2 LRCs I can field but they really don’t fit the theme. Anyway, thoughts ?

well alot of DOa lists that i see use dante for the dot scater when you deep strike rule for his squad. If you do this then i recommend putting him in a melta squad for a bye bye land raider with 3 meltas, his pistole an dthe two melta guns baal preds really are not good for a DOA for thats what your oppent is gonna spend all his anti tank on. so i would drop both of them and pick up a flammer assault squad. These guys can be made easly from you rtacs as all you have to do is get jump packs and close comabt arms and a good look though your bits box should turn up plenty. next with the libby dread you run into the same problem with a armor and all your oppents anti armor. i would do two things
A. get a drop pod and give him SoS and Blood lance.
B. Drop him and get a 4 missle launcher dev squad.

I'd swap the VV infernus pistil for another power weapon, since you can't fire the pistol if you want to HI, and you have to declare the Heroic before scattering.

Also, I'd ditch. The sniper rifles and pick up camo cloaks. Your scouts are there to go to round in cover on objectives to win the games, not make a nuisance of themselves by shooting. Also, keeping them with their combat blades and pistols, they become harder to shift y assaulting them, which meshes with their huge resistance to shooting.
