What washs did you use?

I think you've laid the washes on a bit too heavily. You can see them pooling on some of the plates, and they (the plates) look like one single colour with a thick layer of oil. Th effect you want with washes and oils is that they lay a thin layer of color over the top which changes the color underneath. Like a filter.

You could try using a thinned paint as a glaze, instead of just adding thick layers of wash.

The wash was badab black.

And thanks for the advice Kaldor, I'll try glazing with the next 'jack I get.

This has changed my opinion on Warmachine. I love it!
