The body is a clear plastic water bottle. Head is a cut down funnel. "Face" is a cut up flimsy plastic cup that turned out to be perfect for this project. The crane is a mixture of old lego bionicle parts. Rest of it is a mixture of 40k bits, green stuff, and plasticard.

I really hate the engines and plan on replacing them once I can find or make something decent. Fairly happy with the rest of it as it is my first pure scratch built project.

Edit: It is considerably larger than a Battlewagon or Landraider, but not overly massive. Forgot to do a comparison shot.

Here's a link to the official GW rules. http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m1180081_Ork_Datasheet_-_Minelayer.pdf

Wow this looks like fun - I may have to make an ork space-ship and hang it from the ceiling! A great use of rubbish and bitz and it looks the business.

Yeah, lego is great for making stuff with (ironically!)

Imperial guard: Because quantity has a quality of it's own.

Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.

After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.

Glad people like it. Started the painting last night, but didn't get anymore work done on it today. Slightly distracted by other interests so there will be a week or two delay on painted pics.
