If you have a local GW, you can always go to its facebook page and look for games there.

Hi there. I was at a shop called Orc Town and the owner said that his shop was the only shop in Korea that sold the games. There are guys who play warhammer all over Korea, but most go around Seoul to find games (I'm pretty new myself). There is a facebook group started up called Warhammer Korea and I think there's also one for tabletop gaming, both are relatively new.

It's actually pretty hard to find other players in Korea just because it's just not as popular as it is elsewhere.
