This tournament is meant to be a fun tourni with no cheese. The problem is I have played orks about twice with what I have and thats in the ball park around 1000 points. I want to expand this army and I thought this tourni was a good excuse. So this is what I have and please tell me if it is competitive and what is cheesy so I can change it. Also is this even a good list for competitive play? Thank you in advanced (please understand that I do not own some of these models so IF you feel like changing something in here for another unit feel free so I know what to get).

Okay, you haven't read the codex closely enough. You can only take ONE deff dread per Big Mek. And, you seem to be a little too soft. You only have one vehicle and everything else will die too fast. Taking a Burna Wagon? GET THOSE MEKS OUT OF THAT UNIT! Burna wagons work when everything you shoot with from inside is a template to burn a unit to cinders. I would lower two of the squads of boyz to around 20 (one to 19 if you want the Warboss to ride with them) and put them in battle wagons. Give the Big Mek a Burna a well and put him in the Burna wagon to help (multiplying the wounds just one more time helps SO much!). Raise the Stormboy unit to either 15 or 20 (having them just at fearless is asking for it) and take 2 units of Trukk boyz. Don't take any Deff Dreads because this army will now be mechanized and the dread will be too slow to catch up. And to free up points for this, remove both the rokkit launchas from the Battle Wagon and just give it a big shoota instead. Have your upgrades for the BW be on all three of them and make sure to give RPJ and Reinforced Ram to the Trukks. Lower the Deffkopta squad down to 3, they're just hogging to many points. If you do this and have 2 Trukk squads, squad of 20 Boyz, squad of 19 Boyz (all boy squads have a Nob with powerklaw and bosspole), squad of 15 burnas, squad of 15 Stormboyz (with Nob), 3 DeffKoptas, 3 Battlewagons decked out with what you have (with a big shoota instead of two rokkit launchas), Warboss how you have him, Big Mek with KFF, Cybork Body, and Burna for 1703 points. The remaining 147 points you can spend on anything you want.

I have read the codex. How many heavy support choices do you see? there are 2 deff dread heavy support choice and one Troop choice. please don't insult someones intelligence without taking a good look at a list.

3 battle wagons seem to be a little cheese I don't think that this would be fun for an opponent to face in a cheese frowned tournament. I don't want to play a mech army because they are too prevalent. Everyone plays mech and is getting old. might hybridize this list with 2 trukks with 10 boyz and a Nob (with boss pole and power claw) in eacch to ride alongside the burna-wagon with big mek. and drop 2 deff dreads.

I'm sorry, I just thought they were troop choices with how you typed the list.

I've had mixed experiences with my dreads. I normally run two and 9 kans in my foot sloggers (2x bigmek), and usually they are just fire magnets to keep the kans alive. for that purpose, I run them 4x CC and keep them moving towards something with an armor value.

My first question is what do you think cheese is?

Second question is, where is the Mek going to go?

In my experience with Orks its really hard to use a list that is both mech and foot. Orks works better if they are contacting the enemy at the same time.

I would love to h elp, but I need to have the answers to the questions if I am to help any further.

Also, 150 is too much to spend on a single battlewagon. If there were other vehicles in the list, it'd be different, but odds are you are moving that BW up as quick as possible, either to ram/tank shock something or to dump guys out.
