Take a warboss (lord choice). The night goblin one comes up to less than 70 points with a great weapon and light armour, and is more than a match for any hero another army could field. Also the leadership bubble is pretty useful.

My other advice is that potentially it may be worth ditching the doom diver and the wolf riders for a pair of spear chukkas, and thus freeing room for the lord. That way you can set up (preferably on a hill) and nail oncoming forces with the spear chukkas, using your night goblin block as a wall. The fanatics should ruin other troop blocks, and the chukkas can deal with fast cav.

In the Casualty section of a Blood Bowl dugout

Yeah, trimming down the Wolf Riders is a good idea. Their main function should be to mess with enemy movement (helping to stop marches, forcing them to charge you etc). For this, you only need 5 of them and you don't need shortbows.

Thinning it down to this should give you enough points, or nearly enough, points for the Warboss that Mugguffins mentioned.
