Hey guys I am about to try and sell a massive Blood angel army and am curious how one would ship out around 500 models of different shapes and sizes ( tactical marine- Warhound titan size wise). I do not have carrying boxes for everything.

Thanks!

Go to the post office. They sell fold-able cardboard boxes of varying sizes and shapes. They might not have the kind of size you need though so you might want to consider using a UPS giant brown box.
If you absolutely have to ship everything together (instead of selling parts of your army separately, you'll need a rather large box. The problem is the post office only sells bubble wraps, not peanuts. You'll have to wrap them all individually using bubble wrap.

Also, be aware that shipping costs increase dramatically based on the size of the box. Ignoring the weight of the content, just an 10" by 10" box cost me 8$ to ship and it had a featherweight defiler in there.
