This could end badly, we may well end up with lawyers and accountants finding exploits in badly worded laws which allow them to do things that said law never intended.

Democracy's rules are lazy and poorly written.
I prefer the better Totalitarian system, none of that dice rollin' and luck/free will fluff. In Totalitarian you just draw a card from the deck and do whatever the Leader tells you to do on the card. It's much more suited to Competitions too; as you can kill the opposition if they do not agree with you.
