I built one a while ago and can offer you my experiences.
I documented the whole process on my blog here: http://fromthewarp.blogspot.com/search/label/eldartitan

Very well done blog.
If you've never built resin before, my suggestion to you would be to find a simpler kit to start with and save the Titan for later.
Resin is an animal all its own and while they are not impossible by any means, they are not usually "box shakers" (put glue in box.....shake......assembled kit comes out) as most plastic kits are. Resin kits take more prep time and you usually have to be thinking a couple of steps ahead to be sure you get it right.
Also, I don't know about FW kits, but most resin kits I've come across have instructions that leave much to be desired.

First off I wear a mask when I was cleaning up the model. I don't think FW resin is that big of a pain but it is still resin dust so better safe than sorry. Also you will want to wash all of your pieces to get rid of the release agent. The last thing would be to make sure you know what you want it too look like when you are done. It doesn't have to be set in stone, but a general plan since it is so flexible in how you build it. Oh if any of the resin is bent use hot water and slowly bend it back into place. Then while holding it where you want it put it in room temp water. That allows the plastic to be moveable (a little bit) and prevents you from having to hold it all day.
Ok so enough about before working on it. As for the actual construction. I picked up a base for mine to set him on so I had something to work on. It is just a cheap wooden circular base type thing that is about an inch tall and a 6" across. Now the biggest one is to pin that thing. I mean I pinned almost every joint possible. The limbs are very thing and the model itself has surprising weight when it is done and you don't want a leg or something to snap. The next thing is the head. Don't glue it in until you have painted it. The recesses can be hard to get to if you don't.
The only other thing that gave me a hard time was the feet. Seeing as how its been about a year I don't remember all of the pieces but the foot is two parts and their is a small connector that goes in between them, I had to dry fit that a bunch until I got it right since FW has great directions.
And last but not least do it in stages. Like ok do the head, now the jump packs, now the torso. Then slowly start putting it together. It may look wierd for a while but the end result is awesome.

I mounted mind on a marble base, apparently used to be an ash tray. Its very heavy so helps to prevent from falling over. To stop it from wiggling so much I drilled a hole up it's leg as wide as the leg would allow and put a large solid brass rod into it.

The USS Orinoco was a Federation Danube-class runabout that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century, attached to Deep Space 9. It was outfitted with a sensor pod.

Advice? Pin and core the living bejesus out of it if you want it in any sort of pose and not to sag like crazy on a hot day. Long thin pieces of resin do not like to support weight.

Pretty much everything that has been said. Wash your pieces in soapy water and scrub them with a tooth brush. Let them soak in regular water for a day and then pull them out to dry for a day. I painted mine in segments. The only things I pre-assembled before painting were the legs and torso.
Pinning the legs was a bit tricky but you basically find an angle you like, pin one side and try and line up that angle again while you have a pin sticking out and drill out a hole on the other leg. Fortunately the knee joints give you a lot of leeway and resin to work with if your first hole isn't at the correct angle. On mine I didn't pin the hips in as I already had a huge rod going into the pelvis from my base, but that worked out just fine. The torso was also pinned into the pelvis but not glued so it could be removed for travel. The head is the same. The only other things I never pinned were the feet, the shoulder jet pack, and the part of the arms where the guns pop in, and the giant wing thing in back. As long as you aren't throwing it around or pulling on it, simple gluing there seems to do just fine.
The dust mask and eye protection is a must. Resin dust (even a little) in the eye is not fun at all, trust me. Also when you are painting it, wear latex gloves. The last thing you want is the sweat from your hands to start wiping off the nice paint job you just put on.
Hope that helps!

Thanks guys! Just another basic question, do you prime it the same as plastic (like with GW primer stuff?) And I'm also magnatising the crap out of it. Thanks a ton

Hmm, I think I used Rust-oleum white primer for plastics as well as other materials. That seemed to work fine and it is much cheaper than GW's stuff.
