So ive looked around and i will probably start getting some warmahordes...

Just by looking at the models i would go with saying i like them in this order(visually):

Scorne
Circle
Khador/Cygnar
Cryx

But then i watched a few battle reports and i realised that i may not like the playstyle of scorne (not watched many tho). I wouldn't be disappointed in the visuals in whichever i picked as i like all of the ones stated.

So the main question is, from experience how do they play? I would like to play a faction that buffs/debuffs and has a few neat trick up thier sleeves.

From this sentence alone I would tell you to go with cryx.

Seconded. You just described the faction in a nutshell.

Taking it 1 step further:

Scorne~ inflict damage on yourself to buff yourself. heavy brusing gladiators, unique cyclops who offer lots of interesting support options. Every caster really has a Unique feel. Can be infantry heavy, beast heavy, assassination run heavy. Morghoul is one of the few casters who can really be anywhere he wants when he wants, how he wants with the right army build. Molk Karn may be the nastiest warbeast in the game.

Circle~ fast, manueverable, lots of pathfinding, unique warlocks who really require specific models, great tier lists, for the most part, high defense, lower arm models. trades speed for arm in many models IE high arm low def & speed. high speed & def, low arm. The warpwolf have some sweet sculpts, along with need self buffs and are very diverse.

Khador~ slow to moderate speed minus some units, heavy hitting, relatively straight forward, durable, easy to learn. Several "jack" casters. Several sneaking casters with great assassinations~ Old Witch. The "jack" caster of Karchev, and the absolutely killing machine the Butcher.

Cygnar~ Lightning, the space marines of WMHD, if you play 40. They do everything well, but masters at none minus lightning attacks. Fairly durable, but no real durable infantry. No real models with nature tough, abomination, terror. The "good guys." They have some tricks, but mainly revolve around specific casters. eHaley is the denial / shut down. Lots of assassination run caster options.

Cryx~ down right fun, fast, heavy hitting with specific buffs and debuffs, every caster is nasty and unique. variety of army builds. LOTS of arch nodes, fun quirky little jacks your opponent cannot ignore. Works in concert, everything has a "role" such as sacrificial, arch node, clean up, then the Deathjack is a 1 jack army that does it all but you pay for it.

Tournment Record
2013: Khador (40-9-0)

I hate to break it to everyone but its spelled Skorne...

Back to the topic at hand. AFAIK the only true faction that can claim to be debuff based is Cryx; certain casters in the other factions have access to perhaps a single spell (Black Spot comes to mind) but those are rare.

What is it about Skorne's play-style you did not like? Depending on the caster a Skorne army can do almost anything. The faction has lots of variety, here are some of the different playstyles.

Yo-Yo - Skorne can move a model or two around the table very efficiently, Molik Karn comes to mind.
Infantry Heavy - either small based infantry swarms with Zaal, p or eHexeris, Narresh or a Xerxis brick army are both very effective.
Beast Heavy - Skorne can't go all beast but it can be a very beast heavy force (we like our support solos), look at Rasheth, pMorgoul and Narresh.

DukeRustfield - There's nothing wrong with beer and pretzels. I'm pretty sure they are the most important members of the food group.

Another faction you might look at is Menoth. We have lots of buffs, though not debuffs, and we do have plenty of tricks up our sleeves.
