With the last 100pts i'd get some transports for the Strikes and Purifiers, help prevent them from being picked off.

Whoops, fixed.

personally I'd do these:

change libby to GM (you only have 2 troops, making the dreads scoring will be nice)
drop the landraider for another dread and more purifiers (land raiders dont work too well in 1500 I've found)
if you have points left give the purifiers each a hammer and a few halberds
