If one Arcanist uses Concentrated Power (*action) on a friendly warjack, can a second Arcanist do the same thing? It doesn't say in the ability it can't so was just curious.

Page 29 of Prime. Unless otherwise specified, multiple instances of the same effect (that is, effects with the same name) on a model are not cumulative.

What derek said, as well with the Manticore you can give it Concentrated power, as well as spend the focus for +3 strength. Effectively giving you +5S. Coupled with the combined strike for a POW 23 attack...OR 2 POW 20 attacks.

Yes, those amazing manticores with their 9.5" threat... 11.5 under Mobility, but that's really it, and then they don't get much focus...

As mentioned, you can certainly concentrated power the same manticore multiple times. At the end you'll have a +2.

You most certainly cannot concentrated power multiple times on the same Manticore. You can do it 1x, then use the focus on the Manticore to push its strength up to get up a nasty strength value.

That is indeed what currentlyunknown said. If you cast it more than once, they dont stack, similar to upkeeps. The previous instance of the buff simply fizzles out.
