Hello all, I have rarely seen SOB in play and when I did I only stuck around to marvel at how annoying saint Celestine truly can be as an enemy (constantly springing back up to life and such) well I'm here now to ask any players who might know something about this army to share with me some tactics and some basic info on how they function as a army. What their good at and such.

I'm still new to alot in the hobby and just bought enough pieces to put together a army. I'm looking at playing 1000 upward to 2000 point games mostly with them. I have the codex incoming (damn white dwarf) but have access to a PDF I'm using to sort out stats and such.
Hope This is the right place to be asking this question.

What I have to work with is =
43x battle sisters w/bolters
6x sister superiors w/plasma pistol/chainsword
2x sister superiors w/bolters/power sword
2x storm bolters
1x melta
8x flamers (one flamer is holding up a gold version of this > I'm assuming she's a flamer)
1x blessed banner
1x simulacrum imperialis
4x heavy flamers
6x multi melta
3x heavy bolter
6x serophim w/ bolt pistols
4x serophim w/ flamers
1x serophim superior w/ plasma pistol/chainsword
2x serophim superior w/ bolters/powersword
1x sister dialogus
1x sister hospitaller
1x sister repentia
2x canoness HQs
1x saint Celestine HQ

2x exorcist
1x immolator
1x rhino
2x penitent engine

I also have 6x arco-flagellent and conversion/stand ins for 4x crusaders (made from fantasy bits) and 8x death cult assassins(dark eldar bits) but lack the needed HQs to use them as of yet. I also have bits that look like rocket laughter almost that fit to the rhino, was told it makes it into another exorcist tank, not sure how that works given it looks totally different but if it's legit then I could have 3x exorcists.

I'm not asking for people to build me a army just suggestions as I don't know the full tactical value of what i might own and would appreciate any guidance that may come my way.

You have enough infantry for a decent-sized army (only lack is a Confesser or one of the special characters to unlock the battle conclave, which you really really want).

You lack, however, transports. 1 Rhino and 1 Immolator means you're footslogging. Which is not bad, but a big liability against fast moving armies. You may also lack enough normal meltaguns in my opinion

You could probably make something like this:
HQ:
Celestine
Cannoness with command squad (2-3 multi-meltas, simulacrum) in rhino maybe?

Troop:
10 sisters, flamer, multi-melta/heavy-flamer
10 sisters, flamer, multi-melta/heavy-flamer
10 sisters, flamer, multi-melta/heavy-flamer

Fast attack:
6 Seraphim, /w handflamers
6 Seraphim, /w handflamers
5 dominion in immolator with meltagun/flamers

Heavy:
2 exorcist
8 retributors, 3 heavy bolters

In short, need more vehicles

EDIT:
The one flamer with the golden icon held up is the old-style Cannoness with combi-flamer and very useful. Easy to convert to a combi-meltagun if needed.

Confesser, meltas and transports.. I think I can spare a CSM rhino for the cause.
Thanks Alot with that it is helpful in showing some sort of army structure. Much better than what iv thrown together so far. I look forward to playing with that list and making it my own.

Oh and thanks with identifying that piece for me I was in the process of painting it and thanks to you was able to make a canoness out of her
Question are sisters of battle a assualty army? I noticed being flamer heavy they keep pretty close to their enemies so how do they do in assault and close combat? Stats are stats but personal experience speaks volumes

I'd say Sisters are a short/medium-ranged shooty army, with some very limited long range capability (Exorcists).

You only have 1 really reliable assault unit; the Battle Conclave. The other two options (Repentia and Penitent Engines) are very fun to play, but either work wondrously or get shot to bit/die before they hit. I consider Celestine more a mobile Heavy Flamer than a real assault unit and she's a real irritant to boot. My opponents sometimes start groaning after she gets up for the 4th time in a battle.
