PMadrak feat allows models who kill an enemy to make a 1 inch move and then an extra attack.
Can this be repeated as long as enemies keep getting killed? So 2,3,4+ times by the same friendly model?

Example: pMadrak charges a ripper, drops his feat, kills ripper and moves 1 inch. 2nd ripper now in melee range - attacks that one and kills it outright, moves 1 inch and 3rd ripper is now in melee range - attacks and kills it, move 1 inch.

Yes as long as they don't make a tough roll or something else that prevents being destroyed. Combine that with Carnage, Rage, and a Fell Caller and it gets pretty silly if they are kind enough to group up. Don't group up and it's mitigated.
