More darklance is always good. Another ravager seems like a no brainer. Might also want to add a blaster to each of the warriors(if escalation rules allow adding upgrades).
With only 2 troop choices, I would add another troop choice once you get to 1500, and maybe another at 1750. Either some wytches in a raider or warriors in a venom.

Drop Night Shields on Ravagers and Raiders - Flickers are the only upgrade they need. I am not understanding where does Your Archon goes? Is he running around alone? Warriors in Raiders need special and assault weapon - blaster and splinter cannon is no-brainer choice. If You run wyches, then You will need Haemonculi with Liquifier gun (typically it looks like Haemie w Liquifier, 9 wyches, haywire grenades, hekatrix with agoniser in raider with flickers).
If You run beastmasters, then Your composition is wrong, or You just posted it not clearly enough -
"Beastmaster
x4 khymarea
x1 fiend
x2 Razo flock"
This is meant as a single beastmaster or a pack? If single, then loadout is illegal, as there can be only one type of beasts per master. If this is a pack, then it should look like
3 beastmasters, 4 khymarea, 1 fiend, 2 razorwing flock. But it is still subpar, since for the maximum effectiveness it should be like this - 3 beastmasters, 2 razorwing flocks, 2 razorwing flocks, 5 khymarea - don'; bother with fiends, because they are damn expensive in points.

If you have a bunch of MEQ at this tournament, bring as much AP2 as you can... why would trueborn bring splinter cannons when they could be bringing blasters?
here's 1228 points with 9 blasters, 9 dark lances and 10 splinter cannons
1 Hamey w/liquifier
2 units of 3 trueborn w/3 blasters in a venom with 2nd splinter cannon
3 units of 5 warriors, 1 with blaster in venom with 2nd splinter cannon
3 ravagers
1 unit of beasts, 3 beastmasters, 4 razorwing, 5 khymera

One sec, I screwed up the OP Automatically Appended Next Post: Why in the world would I drop NS???
and the Archon is rolling with his Incubi (forgot to add that)
I would run a venomspam list but I have only a measly two venoms :/

The baron is better than a haemy, but I'm not sure I'd spend the points on him at 1250
if you only own two venoms, I'd modify the list i suggested above by putting the 3 squads of warriors in 3 raiders. Then the list has 12 dark lances. Even better.
Deldar excel at low point values b/c our shots outnumber most other armies as much as 2:1. I'd try to push that advantage as much as possible.

Where in Your list is the Archon-Incubi transport?
You'd want to drop night shields because they are useless. As You are going against MEQ opponents, You will face missile launchers and lascannons, which have 48" range. Your Ravagers have 36" range with their Dark Lances, so if You are hitting them, they are hitting You back too and Night Shields are not bringing You out of their range since 36" (Your effective range) + 6" bonus from NS is still less than 48" range of return fire.
And I forgot to mention that Archon MUST have Phantasm Grenade Launcher if he joins Incubi.

The Archon is rolling in a raider and I have never had NS not work for me. wether its bolter, melta or whatever, they always do well for me

best use is against melta, but even then what's the point. So instead of 2 dice to pen they get 1, but they only need a 3 to pen anyway.
They're just too expensive for what they do, imho.

Warriors in Raider need to take blaster and Splinter Cannon. Moving in the Raider with Dark Lance (heavy weapon) prevents them shooting it.
Haemie needs liquifier gun and that's it - dirt cheap. Shattershard is one use only and scissorhands is cc weapon... why would You want him to be in cc? His task is to join a unit of wyches, give them his pain token and then when wyches disembark, he stays in the Raider on goes around placing liquifier templates.
Speaking of wyches, they need Hekatrix with agoniser, otherwise they are not killing much - wyches are basically a delivery system for agoniser - being at themselves they are just elve with s/t 3 non-power weapon attacks.

Well lets say I do give them an agoniser (which I will) why would i not want the Heamy in CC? He's pretty hardcore with S hands, and a raider up in there face shooting a flamer seems pretty weak and shortlived IMO

do your incubi have a transport?
Haemy isn't that great in CC, esp. because unlike the wyches he doesn't have dodge. So if you lose combat because the haemy took two power weapon wounds...
With the points saved by replacing the razorwing with a 3rd ravager and bumping the units of warriors down to 5 you can add a third unit of warriors.
Also, not only does the dark lance in your warrior squads keep it from moving if you want to fire, but you'll almost never fire the blaster and the dark lance given the blaster's short range.
You could put a splinter cannon in each of those units, but its better to keep the squads to a minimum to maximize the number of blasters you have.

When starting an army list, what to begin with is ravagers. 500-1000pts = 1 or more. 1000-1500 = 2 or more. 1500+ = 3. Ravagers are the army's main anti-tank alongside blasterborn, so always add at least that many.
Other anti-tank worth considering is: wyches with haywires (not primarily anti-tank but able to take one out if need be) and 5 warriors with a blaster in a venom. This has the added benefit of including a venom, meaning good anti-inf!
As for primarily anti-inf stuff, don't go with splinter trueborn. They only do a little more damage against inf than blasterborn, and you really want to simply have plenty of venoms with 2 splinter cannons (I suggest at least the same number of venoms as ravagers), which means you have mobile fire-support that can simply move 12" and blast something with 12 shots. I find that two of these working together can take out most things. Have a few wyches and incubi inside so that the wyches can take all the hits and not care, and the incubi can curve them up, and you've got plenty of firepower with some combat for really annoying stuff.
