This game has always looked fun to me. I've played it before, and I know it doesn't have much in the way of story, but what about multiplayer/co-op? I frequently play with a bunch of friends and I'd like to expand our horizon to some other games.

Good game though... feels a lot like Unreal Tournament.

I read it has a lot of bugs and imbalances. It has a very clunky movement system from what I saw. Most people were annoyed with it. I am sure there are a few holdouts but the game is loaded with bots when you do have a game with a few people in it.

0.o I've found that the UK servers are still pretty active with players, though that may be due to recent Steam sales or the like. It was a game that really didn't reach its hype (oh god where is the single player campaign?!), but the multiplayer was alright, if limited. I played if for a couple of days, but it doesn't have the content to keep my hooked like other similar games do, so unless your playing it with people you know I wouldn't stick with it. =P

I thoroughly enjoyed playing Brink when I had it. Couldn't really see why people disliked it so much.
Not sure how many people still play it but it can all be done single player with bots.

TIP: If you do get it do the challenges first as they get harder as your character levels.

Except that UT(3) is better. Better balanced, more maps, better parkour, faster...

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

It's okay. The AI is atrocious though.

UT3 isn't really that much better.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

I don't exactly want to fight AI. I want to play with friends, against real people. Assuming there are some servers which are still alive.
