Aside from giving them to you I mean.

I have two boxes, new on the sprue, GK terms, a 5 man squad of old metal regular GK and two "brother captains" or whatever they are.

What should I do with this? I'm a Ork player.

And yes, I mean in terms of list building, not modeling, but thanks for the suggestions anyway guys!

Meganobs! Just use the heads and arms of nobs, maybe legs. 'Ard boyz. Find some way to make them cyborky, if you really want to exercise your inner Mekboy kans or dreads. You could use the psycanons for lootas. The cc weapons are self-explanatory.

You could strap a pantsless ork on something and make it look Imperial with enough Aquillas and Purity Seals. -Da Butcher

Good start, but I was thinking more in terms of a list.

Put them in a pan with a little EVOO, sprinkle some nice herbs on them... ?

But to be more serious.

I would make a youtube video of you assembling them and then smashing them to bits with a large hammer.

That would give me great joy.

You could build the worlds most expesinve terrain peice and have a crash Stormraven with GK bodies scattered across the landscape and have one of the new Ork Flyers on a stand straffing the remains just to make sure...

More of a diorama maybe... =]

Great idea, though I'm not a good enough painter to do something like that justice.

As an Ork player I once faced the same dilema, handed some Imperial Guard troops I thought about starting an army with them but no.... I did what any good Ork Warboss would do and "stuk it wif me Powa Klaw !"

In all seriousness though you are well on your way to a decent size GK army there. With 6th edition looming I would wait a week or two till the rule book is out and you've given it a solid going over to see what you like and don't like then work on a list from there. Terminator armor looks like it may be getting a buff while wound allocation is getting nerfed so it might be wise to keep them as normal terminators instead of going the paladin options, anyway only time will tell. Just sit on the kits for a week or two till we see what goes down.

rainbow dashing to your side

so you have 15 termies and 2 HQ's :?

use them as paladins and convert 1 HQ to draigo and the other to a libby. make yourself 6 psycannons and you have a pretty good army XD

DPB, that's what I was wondering.
So, what is that 1k?
Also, with wound allocation changing, isn't a Pally list more or less borked?

what about saving them for allies in 6th?

I have half a mind to kill you, and the other half agrees

I wont be using the allies rules, and I wont be playing people who do. It's just not a can of worms I feel compelled to open.
Mostly, I don't want to have to list build to compete with all the min/max monster net lists that will inevitably pop up a month after allies rules officially release.
Honestly, I'm terrified at the balance issues allies will bring up.

If you're that scared of them, I have a home that would be more than willing to accept them, if you know what I mean.

Cool. I'm assuming this build is taking advantage of wound allocation?
If not, hell, I'll start on it right now.
If so, I guess I'll be waiting to see how the 6th Ed. stuff pans out.
