Hello! I played a 1500 annihalation match with this guy yesterday, and I thought I'd share it. here are the lists

Deployment is table halves, annihalation. He deploys first, i go first

10 man squad with imotekh and crono on left flank along with 5 man tesla. ark and anni in middle, wraiths on left.


Dreads in middle one squad in middle and both flanks eacj. Stormraven on my left.

Necrons

I move everything a bit. Wraiths hide in cover. I forget to shoot ark!!!! Lightning does NOTHING.
Inquisition

He boards the Flaggelants with Corteaz into the stormraven along with the flamer Dreadnaught. It moves 12 Inches and stops. Everything else shuffles along. He shoots Barge and shakes, but living metal saves me. No charging.

Turn 2

Necrons

Lightning hits storm raven, penetrates, and explodes! Dread is stunned, one flaggelant dies. My wraiths move in to swoop onto some acolytes. Pie plate of doom kills one heavy acolyte squad and shakes the lascannon dread. Squad runs off the board.Big ten immortal squad shoots, kills another flagellant. Wraith charge the carapace squad and annihalate them.

Inquisition


He moves his dread to charge my wraiths for some reason, and runs his flagelants to my immortals. No shooting, all vehicles are shaken. He charges my wraiths, which promptly explode his dreadnaught.


Turn 3

Necrons


Deathmarks come in mark power armor guys as prey and kill.... 3!!! lol. Shooting kills 2 more flagellants thanks to cover saves. my wraiths charge both dreads killing them outright. Doomsday ark can't see ANYTHING.




Inquisition

Power armor guys with fists charge my juicy deathmarks killing all. Flagellants charge juicy immortal squad killing 6 and putting a wound on imotekh ( i failed 2 +2 saves, saved by cronotek) I kill 3 back with warscythe. 2 come back up.



Turn 4
necrons


Wraiths take revenge on power armor guys and they run off the board Other combat stays the same.

Inquisition

his only surviving squad (flagelants) again fail to kill me and i do the same.

Turn 5

Necrons

Wraiths reinforce combat killing all but corteaz.




Turn 6

We roll a 1 and game ends.

I'm thinking of taking out the death makrs, they didn't do anything. Any suggestions??!

Sounds like a pretty good flogging... Deathmarks can be good if you use them right, some of my games they do nothing and in others they pone.... I put vargard obyron with em once, coz he can teleport, epic troll. Just hang in there with em

Lol I'll try. The storm raven death really hurt him. He ALS did REALLY bad on all saves

Doomsday Ark with Imotekh? Bad synergy. Could give yourself a good number of points swapping it out for another barge. Running heavy on immortals is also easting up the points. Swapping some over for warriors could help get more bases on the table. A few more crypteks wouldn't be a bad addition, especially of the Destruction type.
Although...the 36 inch range on the eldritch lance isn't so good with Immotekh around either....
Have you considered Scarabs?

A little thing I noticed: turn 3 there is mention of a war scythe. Who's using that?

Mega troll typo. It was just imotekh with staff and rerolls from gauntlet
