So my friends introduced Death Race 40k to our flgs last night. For those that have never heard of it (like me before last night) here is a breakdown of the rules:

So after being introduced to this last night I spend a few hours after getting home and here's what I came up with.



I found the body of an old DE reaver bike for a few bucks, then dug deep into my cron bits to outfit it out. What do ya'll think?

Good but a bit spindly and thin, could do with some bulking out a bit.

I think the slimline look fits really well with the Necron aesthetic.
It also reminds me of a Scout trooper speeder bike

Yeah I've gotten that a few times.

It's great, it stands apart from the Necron sculpts, as it's thin, and looks really fast. It has a dart/bolt shape to It which I really like. A nice piece of work.

I don't hate the spindliness in itself, but you may, especially if it results in that model breaking all the time...

it doesnt even look like a conversion which is why its so great looks like something GW would actually produce

Wow, thanks guys, those are some compliments. I'm actually playing it tonight (not finished painting though). So I can't wait to knock down all the ork and space marine bikes that'll be there.
