I currently have:

10 Pink Horrors
10 Bloodletters
10 Daemonettes
5 Seekers
7 Feinds
1 Daemon Prince
1 Changeling
1 Scratch built Herald of Tzeentch

What should I add to have a fun, playable, "might actually win" 1500 pt force? Obviously, I don't need to field everything I have, but I'd like to use as much as possible.

To be honest, I think that you need more models. With what you have, I only managed to reach a total of 1,162 and that's when using an expensive DP as oppose to a cheaper one and going completely overboard on the Herald (by the way, does he have a disc or chariot or anything).

I'd probably say that 1,000pts is probably a more realistic points level at the minute.

I see that you are right.
Ok, lets change it to 1k!
And thanks for the input.
Oh, and the Herald is on a chariot.

I think the point is he would like advice on how to fill up his list. What to get next and stuff like that.

As to the original poster's question, I know fateweever is a very popular HQ because he allows your units to reroll saves witch is a huge bonus.

I understand that. However, with the amount of points that he currently has he still has a way to go in order to make a decent 1,500pt list, so it's probably best for the OP to just stick to 1,000pts for now.

As for your suggestion about Fateweaver, yes, he's good. But, he is rather expensive for 1,500pts. He's over 20% of your army. If you're suggesting him for 1,000pt game play, that is a bad idea. He will take up a 3rd of your points by himself. It is usually better to go for cheaper HQs here, especially with Daemons. What happens if Fateweaver mishaps and dies, or takes a wound and runs away? A third of your army. Gone.

Here is what I would suggest for this points level with the models that the OP has.

HQ

Herald of Tzeentch: 135pts
-Chariot
-We are Legion
-Bolt of Tzeentch
-Boon of Mutation

Elites

3 Fiends of Slaanesh : 90pts

3 Fiends of Slaanesh: 90pts

Troops

10 Bloodletters: 185pts
-Chaos Icon

5 Horrors: 95pts
-Bolt of Tzeentch

5 Horrors: 100pts
-Bolt of Tzeentch
-Changeling

Fast Attack

5 Seekers of Slaanesh: 80pts

Heavy Support

Daemon Prince: 225pts
-Mark of Tzeentch
-Unholy Might
-Daemonic Flight
-Iron Hide

There we go. Not the most competitive list in the world but it isn't bad and it should be fun.

Thanks very much.
I'll be playing at this level till after sixth settles down, and then I'll start considering some more of something to tack down the theme, and by fall hopefully we'll have some plastic PBs.
