I was wondering if there is a list somewhere of what models one can expect in the different Old Glory Command Decision kits?

I ordered the German Paratroopers, Paratroopers Weapons, and Paratroopers Command & Support kits. Just wondering if there is an option to see what different weapons are included and such.

I got 2 Platoons of Battlefront FJ so far, together with a set of regular mortars and heavy mortars. Main thing I was looking for was to get enough options to have regular command, panzerfaust command and panzerknacker command to trade out, maybe get some more panzerschreck teams, and if I am extra lucky get enough Panzerfaust models to make a platoon of Rifle/MG/Panzerfaust teams.

I ordered through them, but they didn't have a lot of pictures or they didn't help me a lot

For the Heavy Weapon kit they have this picture:

Looks like those are two different guns? What kind are they and would those be the only things included or are there some mortars mixed in as well?

Looks mostly like anti-tank guns form the picture it seems.

For the Support & Command set it has this picture:

Looks like the machine guns that are included with the rifle guys in the Battlefront box on the left, then maybe some mortars and observers. The guys on the right could be heavy machine gunners?

The picture for the regular squad seems like it is only rifle guys.

I believe that middle "AT" gun is the 28mm light At gun that FJ have access to in some MW lists.

The other ones, while they look smaller than the BF ones I have, look like 8.8 cm Pupchen launchers. Again, mostly a MW gun, though I think you can get them in LW in the generic book likts.

Are old glory miniatures any good? I can't really find too many reviews on them on other sites. They have really good deals on warweb so I was thinking on picking up some soviets.

They are ok. Some of their stuff is made in old molds, so can be flash heavy. The price is very, very attractive.

Their infantry and vehicles are a little smaller than Battlefront, in general.

Like anything its best not to mix, but you can get away from it.

For example, I am planning on doing my Soviet SU-100s as Old Glory, but all my T-34s are BF.

Truth.

I have seen some REALLY nice Old Glory stuff - depends on your preferences.

Everything I've bought of command decision has been great quality. The infantry is slightly smaller, but generally better sculpted than BF IMO. You get much more poses at least. Havn't noticed any scale difference in the tanks, but I don't own BF tanks of the same marks for comparisson.

Does any body have any side to side picks for battlefront 8 rads 234/1 vs old glory 8 rads. Nobel knight has a great price for three old glory 8 rads.

Warweb has some great deals on command decision, even better than noble knight. You might want to check it out Brokentoof, but they don't have any pics of what you're getting.

Skytrex has a lot of good photos of Old Glory's 15mm WW2 stuff here.

I like Old Glory, I've got some of their Russian infantry (Thanks Lorek! ) and I'd like to get some of their Afrika Korps stuff, at least for the prone LMGs. The quality can be a bit variable with flash and such, but it's usually worth it because you get a large number of minis for the price.

Like others have said, the infantry is slightly smaller than BF, but I think in most cases you could mix Old Glory and BF figures in the same army. I'd try to avoid mixing them within the same platoon or at least on the same base, although you could probably get away with mixing in a prone LMG gunner here or there. That's what I'm going to do with my Russians when I get around to them, and I think it will work pretty well.
