I don't know!

Hi,
i'm wantig to use Milliput for a mold to cast some RTBo1 arms and stuff into white metal (the same stuff and GW's old metal mins), the detail is rather basic so won't be a problem, cause' I've heard that it doesen't cats finer details as well as GS molds do. Would this work, and is Milliput standered ok to cast in? It's heat resisting in up to 130oC or should I get anouther type?. And could I have a link to a tut on casting it please too? Is it same with making 2 part GS moldes?

Thanks in advance,

HAZZER

Make something out of miliput, turn your oven to 425. Put the miliput in the oven for 10 minutes. Decide for yourself if the metal you have chosen and it's pouring temperature is appropriate for miliput.

For metal casting I would stick strictly to rubbers designed for low temp alloys. The cost is about the same as regular silicone rubber.

I was thinking of using siliocone rubber instead becuase, its easyer to use and more flexable meainig I should be able to make a simple 1 part mold then cut it op make it a 2 part mold.
