Has anyone any experience using them? What's their longevity? Are they worth the price?

Well I haven't used them but judging on what they say.
I wouldn't get them, they say it's "premium" kalinsky sabre wheras the normal one uses the same material.

Your paying for the logo and the finish. I wouldn't buy but others who've used them might be able to give you something better, good luck!

They're equivalant to Windsor and Newton Series 7's (watercolours)

Which are around as good as Rosemary & Co Series 33 (watercolours)

I like my S7's, although it's getting toward replacement time again.

I've had these brushes as my 'go to' brushes since they came out, so for about 7 months, and I love them.

The tips are still in great condition and I love the feel/bounce of the brush.

I wouldn't really trust the opinion of a guy who's 'normal' brushes are in such a state - the paint all around the ferrule makes me so mad.

If you can still get a hold of the brushes I would go for it - I would buy another set in a second.

I am currently taking commissions.

Wow those brushes he has are in super bad state.

Every Dakkanaught gets a 4+ Pinch of Salt save.
When you suffer a Falling Sky hit, roll a D6 - on a 4+ the hit is ignored as per the Pinch of Salt save. On a 1-3 panic insues - you automatically fail common sense tests for the next 2 weeks and get +7 to your negativity stat. -Praxiss

I use both an 'Eavy Metal Standard brush and a W&N Series 7, and they are comparable in quality.

I paint a few times a week and the tips and hair is still in excellent condition.

I must add that I take care to clean my brushes regularly and soak them in Vallejo Brush Restorer every so often.
