Just that. I placed an order on the 15th of this month, and the order status remains as "Downloaded". Does it normally take this long, or did they up some how?

Did you order direct from Battlefront? I'm not sure how long it normally takes ordering direct from them, as I usually order from the Warstore. It's cheaper and Neal ships things out pretty quickly.

I doubt it usually takes Battlefront ten days to ship their stuff though. You might want to send them an email.

It takes 3+ weeks for something from the UK to reach me, usually. So I'd imagine postage from New Zealand to take at least that.

Why didn't you order from the Warstore?

This shop is who i usually get my speciality items from, they usually stock them..I have had issues with speciality items from Battlefront directly.

I didn't think about it. Plus, I never use them. I order either from eBay, the creator of the product, or I just go to the local store. I would have gotten my order from the FLGS, but they were out of stock.

It took 3-4 weeks for my Battlefront order to arrive in the UK, I would imagine that it would take a similar time to reach the US.

Four weeks. Ouch! Yep, I always order from the WS.

Gutted for you mate. It's quite realistic having to wait weeks on end for reinforcements though, especially if you're playing late war Germans.

They actually have a warehouse and ship in-stock items to the US from the US.

With that said, A LOT of the current stuff is backordered from Battlefront, especially newer and more popular kits, like some of the terrain, tank destroyers, security sections, some of the new US tank kits, etc.

I've never had an issue ordering from battlefront. Longest I've ever waited was 4 days.

Hi there, would anyone know how long it takes to ship to Canada? I ordered through a local game store in Ottawa and I think they ordered direct from Battlefront. I ordered on march 24th and it still hasn't come in. I ordered British commando platoons if that makes a difference

It would probably take about the same amount of time, if I had to guess.
