So as I read it, the same Wizard is not allowed to have multiple of the same spell, as well as multiple wizards in the same army. If that is correct, then what fulfills the one loophole offered (wizards must chose these spells)? I guess my question really boils down too, can my vampire counts take multiple of the same spell as they are bound to (If im not mistaken) 3 lores, or if they become loremaster, can they take the same spells? These new magic rules arte making me dizzy......

Loremaster question was answered in another post. That just leaves the question about being bound to a lore.

Pretre: Are repressors assault vehicles? If they are, I'm gonna need emergency pants.
n0t_u: No, but six can shoot out of it. Other than that it's a Rhino with a Heavy Flamer thrown on if I remember correctly.
Pretre: Thanks! I guess my pants are safe and clean after all.

Spell Generation. Page 490. If a character comes with spells or you 'bought' a spell or if the character can exchange one spell for a specific alternative then it can be duplicated by other wizards who do it randomly.

those who can only generate spells randomly cannot have duplicate spells with one another.

Excepting the case of signature spells, naturally, which any number of wizards in a single army can have.

So the way im now reading it is, If vamps were still bound to lore of vamps only (like last edition) they would still not be allowed duplicate spells?

Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios

You can duplicate Signiture spells as much as you want.

Wizards that automatically have certain spells, are Lore Masters, or can choose their spells, do not count for duplication.

High Elves have a magic item that lets the Wizard pick his spells. The spells he picks don't count as duplicates in the army.

Teclis's spells also will not count as duplicates.

Kemmler from VCs is a Lore Master, his spells will not count for duplicates.

If you are bound to a specific lore it doesn't change anything as far as duplicates go. Everyone is bound to certain lores so there isn't anything special here.
