Each of the races reproduces somehow. This is just a kinda random thought inspired post. Not saying they do or do not do it this way just more or less a guess.

Orks - The orks are Asexual while they all seem very male there has been some female orks like in bloodbowl and in previous editions.
Necron - Being of a metal body with a soul infused into it it is easy to just rebuild the unit, now whether the soul exists after the body is destroyed I can't say. But There are soulless Necrons and ones with them so it might just be a mixed bag.
Tau - Seems to have the same reproductive system as Humans and have live births. We know they have younins because of "Fire Warrior" having training start at a young age.
Eldar - Seems to have the same reproductive system as Humans and have live births. Needs psychic help to grow.
Dark Eldar- Seems to have the same reproductive system as Humans and have live births. Can regrow using the the dead.
Space Marines/Chaos - find the best humans from the respective factions planet and plant the seed in them. Sometiems works sometimes makes them go crazyish kinda like Talos from Void Stalker.
Imperial Guard - Good ole' fashioned Human reproduction.
Tyranids - A super smart bioform known as a Norn-Queen gives birth using the organic raw materials of worlds "Eaten" by them.
Daemons - I think they are reproduced with the thought of the Gods of their faction.

Space Marines do not "plant seeds". For CSMs I vaguely recall Fabius Bile experimenting with cloning and artificial insemination, though.

Orks, in their current 40k version, seem to be universally "male". Bloodbowl simply is another game (and not even 40k at that but rather WHFB).

This... is why Orks are such a pain to get rid of. Not to mention why there are an insane amount of them.

Necrons don't reproduce. They also never truly die, at least not in any number that ever impacts their society, such as it is. Questionable whether they are able to build new Warriors, but since these things are nearly mindless, I'm not sure you could tell the difference between a soul-bonded machine and a pure automaton.

I think they release spores all the time, but like cockroachs and some fungus they relase all of the ones in them on death rather than a constant slow stream.

Isn't it something about their soul powering the machine? Also since they forced Necrontyr of other dynasties into the machines, to be transferred into the Necron robots, would they not be able to take random citizens from other planets and force them into the machines thus having an infinite amount of souls to reside in their warriors, etc. ?

We don't know if Necrons ever perform bio-transference on other species (the Codex doesn't spell it out, iirc), but it's possible, I suppose.

Dark Eldar Can also hyper-accelerate the growth rate of a child. The impregnated egg is taken from the womb and planted in one of many pods of the walls of a heamonculus(cant spell that)chamber then using ancient insectile science its growth is hyper accelerated changing what would have taken centuries, to minuted.

though these 'fake' Dark Eldar are looked upon with disgust and seen as impure by the 'Trueborn' of the Dark eldar.

Pariah fluff technically isn't ret-conned, and could be taken as an indication that biotransferance is at least rarely performed on other species.

Who knows if the necrons really have the ability to transfer the souls. Maybe it was more just the C'Tan who knew it and did it or gave them the knowledge then took it away. I mean kinda easy to mind wipe something that is in a binary code.

Face-huggers and chest bursters.

The Sisters of Battle aren't a separate race. Their army depends on people in the IG failing to survive so that their daughters are delivered to the Schola Progenium, which will then make them into Sisters of Battle.

In the rare event that the Imperium is at a time of relative peace, however, they then turn to face-huggers and chest-bursters, yes.

I thank that was the joke, yes.

Those female Orks in bloodbowl were Orcs, not Orks.

Blood Bowl is also a very dubious source, in general, if you're looking for accurate WHFB lore.

Generally:
Most races reproduce the old fashioned way with some exceptions:

Orks release spores. All the time, all day, everywhere they go. When they die, the release even more spores. These spores grow into the various Orkoid races, IIRC (Squigs, Gretchin, and Orks) in a specific order to create a sustainable environment for the Orks.

Tyranids are "mass produced", so to speak, in great big hive ships. The biological material of entire planets is consumed by the hive fleets, which is then used to produce more Tyranid organisms.

Necrons don't reproduce. It's all very mysterious. I don't remember if it's canon but I recall reading somewhere that necrons are almost never actually completely destroyed; even the most damaged Necron body is teleported back to the the Tomb World, where it is regenerated. Reproduction is not necessary, or in some cases even desirable, for Necrons.

Space Marines start life as normal humans, and then, through complex medical, scientific, and psychological procedures, are transformed into Space Marines.

Dark Eldar, again, if I'm remembering correctly, are almost universally "born" through less-natural means, generally grown in vats. Some are created the old fashioned way, hence the Kabalite Trueborn, and they generally occupy a higher place in Dark Eldar society.

My memory on most of this is kind of hazy but I think this is all more or less accurate.

EDIT: Oh, Daemons. I think Daemons just... are.

Orks - The orks are Asexual while they all seem very male there has been some female orks like in bloodbowl and in previous editions.
Spores - the 'female' orcs probably just had man boobs..

Necron - Being of a metal body with a soul infused into it it is easy to just rebuild the unit, now whether the soul exists after the body is destroyed I can't say. But There are soulless Necrons and ones with them so it might just be a mixed bag.

Pariahs have been retconned (human blanks -> pariahs) now it's 'metalised' ancient race

Tau - Seems to have the same reproductive system as Humans and have live births. We know they have younins because of "Fire Warrior" having training start at a young age.

Xenology says similar reproduction to humans. No inter-caste breeding though. Male/female appear similar.

Eldar - Seems to have the same reproductive system as Humans and have live births. Needs psychic help to grow.
Possibly need multiple inseminations?

Dark Eldar- Seems to have the same reproductive system as Humans and have live births. Can regrow using the the dead.
Live births (trueborn) are rare, they tend to be grown in amniotic tubes. And yes they can regrow from a bit if they can get a haemonculus to do it

Space Marines/Chaos - find the best humans from the respective factions planet and plant the seed in them. Sometiems works sometimes makes them go crazyish kinda like Talos from Void Stalker.

Imperial = Humans + implants, Chaos = steal loyalists/renegades or as mentioned Fabius melenge type experiments on 'volunteers'...

Imperial Guard - Good ole' fashioned Human reproduction.
Giggity goo...

Tyranids - A super smart bioform known as a Norn-Queen gives birth using the organic raw materials of worlds "Eaten" by them.

Recycle biomass and use advanced gene recombination to reproduce

Daemons - I think they are reproduced with the thought of the Gods of their faction.

Aye - amount of worship = amount of demons?
