So, I don;t know if this is a dumb question, but this has really been on my mind a lot lately.
I use the standard Space Marine Codex, and for tactical squads, the rules read "If the squad numbers ten models, one space marine may replace his boltgun with one of the following:"

seems pretty straight forward, but I dont understand how games workshop advertises two meltaguns in a squad or such. }

Also, my buddy that plays Space Wolves runs two plasma guns in a squad. Is this correct? I haven't really looked into that.

I wonder only because I was hoping to run a couple meltaguns in a tact. squad. I don't mind paying the points, I was just hoping there was something I over looked that would allow me to play two meltaguns instead of one and a heavy weapon.

Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no way to get 2 meltaguns in a tactical squad via Codex Space Marines. :(
