Hi, i'm new here to DakkaDakka, and I just had a few questions:
-Where is the appropriate place for me to post pics of finished/unfinished models and ideas?
-Does anyone know the proper place for me to find/post Elysian tactics?

The P & M board is fine for unfinished/ WIP progress model shots.
Or you could start a painting blog in that section.
40K tactics board would be the place for tactical discussion.
