The Bikers and the TAG will be the advance units, the Keisotsu will form a link team to really boost there damage output, and the Tokusetsu is an engineer (to fix the TAG) but for the same points, he can be a doctor and fix up your men (he can't be both at the same time though)

Yep that list looks solid as can be. And a great way to start purchasing JSA. Later you can add whatever else you like too.

I agree. It's a bit aggressive but if you do it right it will do well.

It's a decent army indeed, and Kogan's list is solid.

You have your TAG, the centerpiece 'shoot at me' model.
You have your Engineer to fix things if/when they go wrong.
You have 10 Orders which is good enough to keep your Impetuous Aragoto back for a little bit while having enough orders to maintain your TAG.
You also have enough Keikosu grunts to threaten large areas with ARO.

The only weaknesses would be that many of your troops have BS:10.
The ones that don't are the centerpiece O-Yoroi, your Lt, and the Aragoto.
The BS:12 is almost wasted on your Lt with the Chain Rifle, but then again, you want something cheap, and a ARM:3 model for 27pt is cheap.

Yes, but keep in mind the KEISOTSU can link together, +3 BS.

Depending your play style, you might want to drop the Combi Aragoto and pick up a Kempeitai for Chain of Command in case your LT dies.

Something the OP should probably know, his title question is a bit redundant. You can make a decent list out of anything. You just need to know what you're doing with it.

I have been told that it is hard to make a bad list in infinity. I was just wondering if the units I like are in any way a handicap to myself. As a team would their be any glaring flaws basically.


Thanks for the help with all this guys. I already have my 2 bikes and plan on buying my TAG maybe today or tomorrow. I am hoping to be up and running for the first time mid July.

What is the issue with a chainrifle? Why is it a meh option for the Lt at BS 12?

Besides the fact that it doesn't use BS at all (it's a template weapon) it is also very short ranged, so using your lt offensively at all would carry with it the risk of death.

That said, there is almost no reason why you should need to use that guy to attack when you've got Aragato and that TAG.
